Yeah my hope is more people share their music here. I enjoy hearing the creations of the community and also their workflows to get there. It’s inspiring.

Exactly ! I think too much people are waiting for more features of the apps and not doing too much music :(

As for other Gadget features, bring it closer to Ableton Live with time-line and clip-launching and warp-able audio tracks :)

Oh man, that would be so hip. It would be a ModStep killer. :p

  • As mentioned already - a Melodyne app. How much longer must we wait? 😱

And that would enable you to hit 'record' and launch clips and record in real-time. Save-to-file and done.

  • Desperately need a sequencer that takes utilises and takes advantage of iPad being a touch screen based device. A sequencer where you can draw not only notes but also transition between notes, bends, glides, vibrato, curves etc. - all sorts of expressive stuff - directly into the piano roll. This could also put apple pencil to really good and creative use.

Kinda like what geoshred (or a roli seaboard i guess) is to a basic keyboard layout in terms direct expression, only translated to a pianoroll/sequencer workflow.

I was really surprised to find out something like this didn't already exist tbh.

Oh, and huge bonus if it can be made without a toolbar (selection/draw/zoom etc.) altogether... Nothing kills creativity (for me at least) like having to constantly switch between tools

Modstep 2 and an Auv3 midi pianoroll editor with timeline

  • Thought Drambo was coming this year...? Is it postponed to somewhere 2020?

  • If Apple wants to call the iPad Pro they really should get iPad versions of their pro apps out. I’m still hoping for stripped down iPad versions of Logic and Final Cut. I would sell my iMac :)

  • Certainly ‘want’ and not ‘need’, but I would like an SFX player good enough to play Karoryfers War Tuba. I tried getting it into Auria but messed it up somehow.

Also, something like Plogues Alter Ego. Also, Modstep 2, at least if it had undo.

More stuff like the Rozeta collection - like, AU versions of the Skram or Figure sequencers, autostrummers and tools like that. Mozeta.

Original instruments, like Noir and touch-oriented stuff, like Samplr.

A chord sequencer, like in the iReal app, but AU.

    • Korg Minilogue Gadget (not XD) - sounds great, lacks key features, everyone buys it anyway
    • Another major music developer enters the iOS market
  • I want Elektron's digital synths and such as apps. Digitone, Machinedrum, and Monomachine synth engines would be dope.

  • I want a full featured Ableton Live. Not because it’s superior, but because I know it.
Would be great to finally have in on my phone for those random moments of inspiration away from home.

    • TAL-U-No-62 in iOS (which the developer all but confirmed on twitter)
    • NS2 audio tracks (or at least audio input)
    • NS2 MIDI shortcuts
    • NS2 clip launcher workflow??!

I just want more out of NS2 :D

  • AU CLIP LAUNCHER FOR AUM i need nothing else

Can't wait to see what that teaser will bring to 2020

An iPhone that’s - get this - rose gold, with they take away the headphone port. And, um...

iWAVESTATION AUv3 is the dream ;)

    Wow! Thanks for posting.
And welcome to the forum. Your contribution counts big time

  • Thank you for the kind words! This was my first solo album with some additions by some close friends. Truly my introduction to iPad noise making. I’m thankful for the devs that make these apps since I was tired of my PC and couldn’t afford to upgrade it.

This album was mostly written in Korg Gadget and transferred to Cubasis. Mixed and Mastered by Brant Showers. Should start on album #2 with a whole new slew of weapons. Also just started a YouTube channel with some spur of the moment experimentations https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCvJk7RwXN4GrcvRrcvxDXsQ

  • I would glad to see something like Audioshare 2 with audio editing options and Link support. So you can prelisten loops in sync with a host in Ableton fashion.
And of course more Brambos apps! I sold my soul to Noir and sold my DFAM to a friend of mine)

Overbridge for iOS would be a killer.

  • A version of iOS that treats us and our devices like grownups and stops giving us toy versions of desktop software ie. For Apple to realise they can no longer pretend that our iPads are computer replacements if they don't release an iOS that lets us use them as such. For a company that loves to control everything so tightly I don't see it happening anytime soon but you never know...

    Something new from apesoft/amazing noises.

This! I'd love to see Pulsor Suite ported to iOS

    1. SWAM instrument auv3s. The most “real” acoustic sampled instruments out there!
    2. ROLI - Show you’re alive and update Noise.
    3. NS2 Audio Tracks. I’m so eager to use this daw more often but I need audio tracks for my use.
    4. No more “Are we there yet?” Drambo posts 😈
(Ideally because it’s done and so awesome it fulfills all of our iOS musicdreams).
    5. A new president. Oops I’m not supposed to say that.
    • physical modelling synths
    • midi over a web browser (for novation components)
    • variable midi click tracks in more drum/sequencer apps
    • rex import in samplers
    • experience performing music more
