I am aware that this app is good for legato notes.
What about staccato notes?
Do the tones change with velocity?

I bought Shire Whistle and the volume is so low as to be unusable in standalone. Am I missing something here?

Guess I won't have to choose. But having a hard time choosing between Amaya, Jubal and Shire
Alex, I bought Jubal today, and Shire and Sensual a while back at full price. Shire is seriously low in volume .. there is no way I can use it with any other instrument apps as they drown shire out. I like what I CAN hear .. and would love to use it if it could compete in loudness with the other apps .. but I feel like I wasted 10 bucks, is it possible to get a refund for shire? Jubal is a bit louder .. but could be louder as well, Sensual Sax is perfect in output. Thanks
Couldn’t you put an Au for gain boosting after it, like JAX Make Louder? I mean, you shouldnt have to, but it could be a solution until it gets patched.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yeah I tried JAX Make Louder on it .. but by the time I get it to acceptable levels it’s not really clean sounding anymore. I’m glad Embertone are aware of the issue, looking forward to the fix.
I came here to suggest the stock gain effect in AUM
I ask them every few months. Never get a solid answer. I sure hope so.

I couldn’t justify more apps than i’ve already gotten but i had to try one of these. Since I’ve gotten some beautiful stuff sampling my cheap little ocarina, I got the Ocarina Amaya au. Really nice for the price & small 35mb footprint! I’ll get a lot of use from this.
A bit unstable in Beatmaker 3 but that could just as likely be Beatmaker 3. I don’t have AUM or anything else to test it on.
Jubal is really awesome! highly recommend it
