Geo Shred - Jam maestro

Hello.

I’m a bit of a midi idiot, a midiot if you will, and so was hoping for some simple advice.

Basically what I want to do is control Geoshred with jam maestro. I can get Jam maestro to play geo shred through midi out but it doesn’t sound right. I think maybe the strings aren’t mapped correctly or there’s something wrong with the tuning but I’m not sure.

Can anyone help? If so please do explain in simple terms. I find midi very confusing!

    You haven't explained what the problem is in enough detail to diagnose.

    The strings don’t align correctly. I’ve tried changing the tubings to match etc but it still plays the wrong notes or picks the sounds from somewhere I haven’t selected
