This was awesome. Watch the one TED Talk where he does it live with people on Skype. He says he changed the arrangement of the song to accomodate the latency with Skype. The song brought me to tears. Thanks for posting this!

The engineer in me just wonder what is the maximum simultaneous voices you can manage before the ear is not able anymore to distinguish any voices...If you have 100 singers or 2000...does it really make a change anymore?
