Smooth voice over for sound track
I’m wanting to put a quality voice over a sound track, but have no idea where to start. I’ve been recording directly in to my iPhone mic using AUM and a few AU effects, but I’m at a loss as to how to reproduce that smooth, silky and thick voice you hear on quality podcasts. Furthermore, what is the best technique in the final mix to make sure the voice and sound track sound good together. What’s the secret setup and can it be reproduced in an iOS environment....mics, sample rate, effects, etc please.
