How to connect ChordMaps 2 to Atom Piano Roll in Audiobus /AUM?

Hi there!

Iam new to Music Production on Ipad and want to achieve the following:

I want to record 2 tracks (Chords + Melody) via AUM / Audiobus
played with Chordmaps 2 in the Atom Piano Roll App.

Unfortunately i have no idea how to connect the Midi Nodes
properly.

I set up a Midiflow Adapter in Audiobus to get the Midi
Data from Chordmaps 2 but the recording into Atom
does not work?

Could you please assist me in tuning that in correctly?

Thx so much for any assistance!

In ChordMaps2 press the encircled i button on the top left. Pick what Midi channels you want each ChordMaps2 section to send on, then further down pick a destination to send midi to.

In AUM, in each instrument, and in Atom, select “AUM destination” and edit the channels received as needed. This is done by selection the three lines icon to the left of each item in AUM.

In Audiobus go to the Midi panel in the Audiobus input select “Virtual Midi“. Place Atom in the middle slot of the same Audiobus channel and Beathawk in the last/receiving slot.

If you want to use MidiFlow Adaptor place it in the first slot instead of “Virtual Midi”. In either case ChordMaps2 should have Audiobus as the selected destination and whatever MidiFlow Adaptor channel your sending/receiving on.
