Goodness. Today’s been a banner day.

awesome, i just got here tonight, what else dropped today?

  • New purchase??? I have on iPad already but this comes up as 9.99. Is it universal or different app??

  • Just to avoid any confusion - it's version 2 just because it's universal, there are no other major or breaking changes, it's the same app. Once AUv3 support is done, it will be version 3

I think if you “purchase” that it will you say you already own the app and won’t charge you. But I am not 100% sure that is the case.

  • @mifki @espiegel123 confirmed! Double click to buy and then received message “You’ve already bought press ok to download” or similar (if it charged twice it’d be ok lol).

AUv3 is confirmed??! Dangggggg. Very cool. Thanks for all your hard work on this!!

  • Wooow! I was less excited about iPad mirack because I use my MacBook more than the iPad for music. But running Nysthi + Mutables on my phone is just nuts! Huge update!

The last thread was TLDR, so Im curious if now or in the future it will support multiple audio in and out to interface with a DC coupled interface.g. ES-8.

  • I have working prototypes for both. I think the instrument is more desired overall nowadays.

  • Great news! Is it a different app from version 1? If I buy it on iPhone will it charge me?

This must be yet another AppStore bug. I hate such issues. And I bet developers do as well.

  • Thank you @mifki for your great work!

  • Wow @mifki is bringing the sliced awesome! Great effort and work man! We deeply appreciate it!!!!

  • @mifki when you say AUv3 support, do you mean hosting or Mirack as an AUv3?

  • @[Deleted User] I think he means as an instrument, that's how I read "I have working prototypes for both. I think the instrument is more desired overall nowadays." -- both would be pretty cool, but as someone who still hasn't gotten his head around building out a modular rack, being able to host smaller signal chains in a typical DAW would be very very very helpful.

  • @d4d0ug @iammane ok thanks. Fine by me, i'm not very interested in mirack being an AUv3 host.

@mirack so is the AU instrument also multi threaded? interesting as many said this was not a stable solution so pretty cool you show a different take.

  • I'll say one thing, this is already turning out to be quite a year... and we're only nine/ten days in (depending on your locale :) ) lol

  • I’m blown away at how easy it is to use on my phone, awesome update

  • fantastic!
    works on my iPhone SE!:)
    thank you Mifkiozaurus!

  • Oh wow.

I actually HOPE app store will double-charge me (but I know it won't) to support your great work on this.
    It's a stunning effort. Thanks!

  • Cool. If only I had room on my phone...

  • just got it, and getting started with it. very fun. so i see clock dividers, but where do i get my initial clock signal from to send to other modules?

From AUM or Audiobus, into a midi module

The Impromptu Clocked module is the one I almost always use for this
