What if...

MultiTrackRecorder could also contain midi clips that can be routed to external sources ie different channels within AUM..... that way you could use it like an inside-out DAW from within AUM

I say inside out just because it’s more like the jacket hosting the body than the body hosting the jacket....

AUM is just so much more stable, reliable and versatile than all of these other DAWs available on iPhone...I feel like if there were an AUV3 that could host audio + midi clips and output them across different channels within AUM I feel like it would be tremendously powerful and liberating

    Yesssss but Atom is so limited in terms of recording controls triggered from the midi etc

    Would be amazing to have a unified timeline where you can see audio and midi clips in relation to each other
