Gadget Taipei Bug?

When using gadgets taipei lfo to control an external device, I am getting very very fast speeds despite very slow settings. This only happens when the bpm sync is OFF. When its on controlling the speed is working fine.
Tried various things including master tempo changes.
Anyone else?

    I get pretty slow movement, but only if I set the speed in the 0-4 range (out of the 0-127 range). It does seem to speed up fairly quickly once the speed goes higher.

    I haven't seen this behavior yet. Works here and the range seems reasonable.
