multi route audio not working

That's it really. If I have headphones plugged into ipad AND a usb interface, AB3 only sees the headphone out. any ideas gratefully received.

    More details probably needed.

    Device model (both interface and iOS device), iOS version.

    Multi-route aside: is your AB3 seeing your interface inputs and outputs at all?

    Try seeing if the order that you plug things in makes a difference.
