AUM effect send dotted line on circle?

Can anyone tell me why an effect send in AUM would have a dotted circle around it instead of a solid line circle? I'm getting this on one mixer channel in a project and I don't remember ever seeing this and I can't find any reference to it in the manual

    I think it means there's a feedback loop somewhere ... check your bus routing and see what's going where.

    Thanks, that is definitely it. I am messing around with some dub inspired sound design and I do have this effect routed to another effect and then routed back to itself.
