Cant access presets, it has No preset browser here.

I relied on the host to handle presets, unfortunately some hosts aren’t fully baked for preset handling, AUM handles them great some don’t show anything. I am adding internal preset handling in the first update

    Excellent, thanks.
This is great for making bass source for Neuro runs FYI.

    Awesome!

  • Beyond the obvious glitching, I think I'm mostly going to be using this as a send effect to create a freaky multi-tap delay...

Even usable without heavy drum beats and low bpm

    sold!!!!

  • This is very cool. I'd be interested to hear how people are using it in ways that sound even vaguely musical. Are u using it on a complete drum kit for example, or only on certain channels while keeping some sounds non-glitched? What kind of synth sounds did you find sound good with it? Etc etc... Please share any tips. Thanks!

  • It’s in the U.K. store £2.99,

    That is criminally cheap !
    Instabuy.

  • There’s just so much sick stuff you can do with drums.
But the Joker smile really played about my lips when I put a “movie quote” sample through it. Just so fucking cool. This thing could be the main engine behind your workflow, if you wanted—making beats out of any sample no matter how un-rhythmic it is!

What a steal of an app!! Thanks!!

  • Make sure to leave @distraub reviews in the App Store ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Demo/Tutorial

  • only $2.99? bought without any hesitation woot!

I am really interested in this.
Let us know and share something you have done with it! Haven’t really found a way for nuerofunk on iPad yet.

    Demo/Tutorial

Good man! I like your demos, gonna watch this right now!

  • I just instabought. He had me at the ‘glitchcore on amen break’ video which was a while ago.

  • No brainer buy, nice.

  • this is some cool shizzz!!!

  • There seems to be a timing/gate issue.

(Host AUM) Drum loop, turn on only the 1st step (kick)

On each loop the 1st beat plays tight but random cycles are not tight (not closing gate so letting extra sample time play).

    I hope that is clear.

  • huh.
can you mute/insert silence in the matrix of "grains"?!
or every step will play something anyways!?
    thanks

  • @MrBlaschke : oh, I like that! Very nice work :)

I’ve only played with it for five minutes so far, but part of that 5 was slapping it on a fairly busy 303 bassline and hitting the random dice, which on the third hit made my bassline instantly twice as nice as it was originally. I’m going to try it on everything.

  • It’s very good, really spices up a beat, and adds movement to a synth/sample part.

    Bargain price too.

  • Thnx Drcongo. I'm having a lot of fun using it on drums on a 2nd channel using a bus send. On the second channel experiment with getting a loop size that will fit right with the main beat. (I'm wondering actually why there isn't a kind of quantize function option for loop size, that would be a good feature imo) Nice to have something solid keeping a backbone.

This also put me in the mood to get soundfruuze, also on sale at the moment, very likely to appeal to glitchcorists.

  • I have the core of Sector as auv3 now.

  • edited March 2020

Yes you can mute each slice, but there is an issue with timing so the mutes are not consistent (letting thru extra sound)

Hopefully get a response soon ;-)

The last GlitchCore AU was video showing off patterns on some beats, so I was asked to show it off on a synth. I chose Bleass Alpha for this and created a nice rhythmic pattern driven by Fugue Machine.

Not sure if it’s just my ear but faster glitches appear to be out of sync with the original tempo. They sound behind the clock.

This is a good tip to put it on a send so that you can compare easily against the original.
