Strng and Spectrum

How close to strng is the spectrum string algorithm? Is it worth having strng as well?

Just read that resonator within spectrum is a string algorithm too. Need to play with this more!

    I haven’t used Strng much since I got spectrum. But your post prompted me to give it another look. It’s had a nice update since the last time I used it. I’ve been missing out! I like it much better now.

    It’s superb. I’d now say yes it’s definitely worth having both.

    Thanks @wim I’ve had strng on my list for ages but never pulled the trigger for some reason. I think it’s because it only really does one thing. I got shapesynth recently and love it.
