Thanks! One thing I currently don't have with my set-up is the ability to sync the various i-devices tempo-wise. That's my next bit of research...

Not sure to understand, but if I do, you may need a portable router to sync with Link ?

I use Circuit Happy’s Missing Link. It can set to standalone rather than connect to another WIFI. In stand alone you can’t use the internet but connected devices will all be Ableton Linked.

Did you try using an ad-hoc wifi network (created with an iOS device) before picking up The Missing Link? I've been meaning to mess around with that for a while.

Yeah, that's one of the things I've read about. Thanks @Calverhall for that link (pun intended).

I did, with my iPhone and an iPad Pro but couldn’t get it to work. Maybe it works now on a.recent update? I’ve had my Missing Link over a year now and I love it. Ed who runs it is lovely and helpful too.
