ThumbJam & Xequence
Hi! This is a 2 part question really:
Can ThumbJam play different sounds on different midi channels at the same time?
If so, does anyone know how this works? I’m using it with Xequence and have tried assigning channels it what seems a logical way but with no luck. Works fine when using just one sound on the “master” out.
In no way a ThumbJam expert..

For multiple channels on Thumbjam, you gotta click on the the box icon split in the middle (It's the Splits icon
)
There you setup up to 8 instruments
The channels are preset from 1 to 8 if i'm not wrong. I setup a Thumbjam template on Xequence with these channels configured to make it faster to work. I gotta share all these Xequence templates
Hmm, that was one of the methods I tried (I think - confess I’m far from expert)....

Contains templates for AUM, Beathawk, Caustic, Squaresynth, Sunvox, Thumbjam, iM1, iMS20 and iPolysix
Gotta work on some more.
Oh... and I can probably improve them by having the drum channels already set with a drum map.
