Sure, Mozaic could be used to create something similar. Launchpad 95 has been in development for nearly a decade, so porting it to Mozaic would be a massive project, but it should be technically possible, even if it would require the code to be split across multiple scripts.
I have a Launchpad X, and I plan to write Mozaic scripts for it once I finish my current projects, but I don't plan to write anything that massive. Is there a particular function or feature you'd like to see?
