Issues with Nanostudio 2 Slice & Launchpad X

I’m not able to connect the Launchpad X with Nanostudio 2 slice whereas BM3 and other synths get mapped automatically with Launchpad X, Is it required any special setups or it’s Bug ?

please help me to solve the issue

    I don’t know if this will help with the launchpad...but to connect my Midifighter, I just had to adjust the transpose until the notes on the Slate matched the notes that were coming out of the MidiFighter. +12 was the magic number for me.
