Ableton Link: Cataline Connection Issues?

Is anyone having any issue intermittently regarding LINK in Ableton connection with iOS devices?
It happened before once or twice then just connected. But, I am on day 2 and it is causing me chaos. Don't feel like reworking the hardware midi chain of cables to include things like the Circuit I have connected to the iPad.

I know it is Catalina/MacBook Pro/Ableton issue because my all my other iOS devices LINK works just fine between them.

Any recommendations or related stories? Solutions?
