IAP Presets, or the presets made by the Audiobus forum and linked for download?
If you’re asking about the download ones, just follow the link, then if it opens in the DropBox app, tap the three dots at the top right, then Export, then if you don’t see “Copy to Model D”, tap the three dots to the right of the 2nd row of icons and you should see it in the list there. Tap that and the file should import.
If the link opens in Safari or other browser, look for the export icon (rectangle with arrow pointing out the top) and proceed from there.
