Triggering independent patterns/looping patterns
Apps I know so far: Zenbeats, Digikeys, Xequence?, Modstep, Grooverider Gr-16 ...soon Drambo.

I would like to have them separately drums in one channel and melodic lines in other channels with midi cc trigger.
I think those novation/ampify count too...
Instead of working on a linear song mode... you can trigger/loop them in real time... jam session
So far, I think Zenbeats has it and Bm3 ( as you said) Ns2?
Remixlive is coming along like a monster...
Gadget can also launch patterns beat-synced but not individually, it's like launching different scenes in Ableton Live.
That's no problem if you prepare different combinations of pattern sets.
BeatHawk is another option but it's only one pattern at a time:
