I need help identifying where the comedic music in this YT video came from.
Minty has credited the sources of the other music he used in his video. However, at 14 minutes and 10 seconds in, he uses this comedic music that I distinctly remember from a TV show I used to watch when I was a kid. Minty didn't credit the source of this particular music in the credits.
The rising chromatic melody is what makes it so distinct. However, I can't remember which show it's from though. Can anyone recognise the show this particular music is from?

That's the Bulk and Skull theme from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. I blame that show's main theme for my interest in neoclassical metal years later.
