What’s the best midi scale lock app?

I’m the least knowledgeable about midi apps, I know many have this function.

But what’s the best? That achieves scale key locks for midi keyboard playing of synth apps I have?

(I have feature ideas, like being able to quickly switch between keys/scales on the fly (presets sorta) or having the app set up to automatically do the changes. But these are not deal breakers).

Bonus question:
Is there a way to add physical pitch/mod wheels to controllers that don’t have them? Have a digital piano that is big and feels great but it’s such a shame it doesn’t have wheels for use with synths as a controller!

    There are various Mozaic scripts that will quantize incoming midi notes to your chosen scale. Scale Compendium is the first one that comes to mind; there seem to be new ones appearing all the time though.

    ScaleBud has lots of parameters that you can control switch to via midi. Partner this with Bram’s Scaler for post scale conforming transposition and you’re set.

    A mod wheel should be easy to add. It will Just send CC data to the designated parameter.
    But Pitchbend is a Midi Note message type. The same as the KB sends, so might be trickier to add that.

    I never tried, though. Maybe it is not so tricky.

    Wish MidiFlow would update his apps.. It’s scale app would be perfect in Auv3, as it has custom scales..
