Cubasis midi learn in AUV3 plugins?

Is it possible to do midi learn/midi mapping to plugins within Cubasis 3?

If so how?

    Not through cubasis itself but if the au plug has its own midi learn (icegear synths, sugarbytes etc) it can.
    Its does not have the midi learn ability like aum.
