APP Store IOS...using credit card...living in a country with no Apple App store

Hi,
I have no credit in my I cloud App Store account....and cannot buy Apple gift cards as I live in a country without this luxury.
I could use the credit card if my last country where I bought my i-pad and used Apple gift cards.
I can only use a credit card from the country of the App Store I think?
However...bit worried to use my only international credit card....in case if hackers....
Also if only one card on App Store account is added...can I delete it?
I heard that you can only do this if you have a minimum of two cards on the App Store account?
Thanks for any assistance and advice.
I need to buy SAMPLR amongst other things!

I removed my credit card infos from Apple to ease my App-o-Holism long time ago (I only use Gift Cards).
So yes, you should be able to remove all card info if needed...

Or by a prepaid credit card for $25 dollars or whatever your currency is, and load the whole thing onto your iTunes account.

I live in Brazil but my account is from when I lived in USA. I did try making a local account but it was a mess
Ended up keeping the US account and buying gift cards

Tried prepaid credit card but it didn't work out (a few years back, could try again)

Well, if you don't live in a country with many cooperation features with Apple, you'll have a hard time getting credit from Apple. Many third-world countries still don't have Apple Pay. Also, students can't get student subscriptions to iTunes or family access in such countries. Maybe you can move to another country or be there temporarily to pull all your ideas off there, you know. That's what I think is the likely solution to the problem. I have two credit cards from https://www.youngandthrifty.ca/best-cash-back-credit-card-in-canada/ that I use to pay for apple, and I'm happy with that. But I live in Canada and have no problem accessing the most common features.

Long time ago, with first iPad in the world, I created US account as in the
Poland was no Apple yet, and I constantly boughting gift cards from polish kind of amazon (it was about 15 years ago) called Allegro. It is like other auction service. This was cheaper in value, for example 10$gift card for 7$. I stupid bought this a lot.

After about 3 years or more, Apple blocked my account , so I cannot any more update, and buy, and they said the gift cards was bought with stolen credit card in other country.
Nothing helps, and also they said my region was incorrectly set, they had their terms and conditions…

I (after pause and trauma) created new account with another e-mail and at this time Apple come to Poland. So I have „polish”region etc everything legal. Started from zero again but more carrefuly.
Just for your information be carreful with giftcards. Take only with normal prices and from trusted source if so.

Just for your information be carreful with giftcards. Take only with normal prices and from trusted source.

Actually I have pretty good experience buying cheap, second hand iTunes codes from German eBay Kleinanzeigen. Just recently fetched 50€ card for 40€. I just follow two rules - choosing offers from user without negative feedback and paying with PayPal.
Overall I have saved 100-150€ buying this way. Once or twice sent codes have been not active but simple mentioning of the world “Polizei” made the refunds super quick

I don’t know if that’s indeed the case, but even if it is so, you can try use a VPN server located in the country you wish to open the account in .

I Lost apps for about 500$ , lesson learned. And Yes, this was super opinion salesman, 3 years was „good”. Many times code didnt work and he help, but when Apple disabled account he cannot help.
