QuickTime Player Capture Multiple iOS Screens & Audio
Using the Script Editor script in the below image, you can open multiple instances of QuickTime Player. The Script Editor app is in the Utilities folder, or type it into Spotlight. Paste the script into a new Script Editor document - click the Compile icon (little hammer), then Save as an Application - open your new App from the Applications folder and start a Movie Recording with each QuickTime Player instance, selecting the camera and audio input for each.
