2 USB MIDI controllers for one iPad?

But without Audio interface or Midi Connect.
For my setup it would be great a USB port that powers my Linnstrument and a beat step pro.

Anyone knows of this is possible?

    It's definitely possible to have two USB MIDI controllers connected through a USB hub. If they draw too much power you'll probably want a powered hub.

    This is very possible. My iPad 2018 is always connected to 3 controllers (Keystep/ LaunchControl mini/ MPD) via an Anker Powered hub.

    You could also try bluetooth adapters as well. But the most cost effective option would be an Apple camera connection kit + powered USB hub.

    Yes, I had thought CCK + powered USB hub in the first place. But what about latency and stability with bluetooth? @Samflash3 And can you point to a model or a website where I can read more about this? Thanks.

    The CCK does supply power to the USB, but the available current is pretty small. If you have the current CCK, with the lightning connector next to the USB, it supplies more power to the USB, when you supply power to the lightning. I run a passive hub with 2 keyboards that way, and there's enough current to charge the iPad slowly too. Note that this hookup will not power the KBs unless it's connected to the iPad.

    Would a video suffice? This is the one I use. Plus, I used it to get Cubasis 2-LE and Cubasis 3-LE unlocked.

    @uncledave yes, I have the CCK with the lightning connector. Amazing it can power two midi devices besides the iPad. I still may choose a powered though, just to be sure 😉

    No worries. I use it with a battery bank instead of a power outlet.

    Bluetooth MIDI is what I prefer by far. Latency is low enough and hey, no cables!

    Yes. For simplicity I should just stick to the Linn but I got a Beatstep pro (suddenly it was there!) and thought I could use it for twisting knobs... you know.
