If you’re in FLSM, you’re good to go
Maybe not the fastest or straightforward way, but you could also use any Spectrogram to detect the pitch of the main harmonics of a sample, TB spectrogram (free) or Oscilloscope & Spectrogram.

The Auditor app comes very close to what the OP is asking for. It already has batch audio file functionality for many things but not frequency detection yet. It can detect the frequencies for harmonics in your sample as shown below where I’ve only selected to display the info for the main fundamental frequency.
