High quality screen recording?

So I’ve been trying to record my iPad Pro (2018) screen, but it gets horribly compressed and I end up with significant artifacts. Does anyone know of a way to accurately record the screen?

    Usually, yes. Until trying to record a particle system (VOSC) :(

    Best would be hdmi out to a PC capture card.

    edit: certain ipads will also restrict the hdmi output to 1080p but I think the newer ipads will have 4K output compatibility.

    I forgot about this app, but it's broken for me on current iOS on my 12.9
    edit: on no still works, but my presets weren't working

    Also if you had a 4K camera, you could also try shooting the screen which would probably yield better results than the screen capture compression.
