just attended the free zenbeats online training course and was really impressed.

a shout out and mega thanks for doing this, making sure your customers know how to use your product, can see in-depth details that could be missed but are extremely helpful, can ask questions live and get answers , and just showing excellent support for your product.

would love to see more follow this model of customer service to make sure their customers are getting the most from their product.

it really was excellent and i will be attending the next class next week! i highly encourage anyone using or considering zenbeats at least register and pop in.

also i asked about au midi fx recording and they said it is coming!

    I registered but missed the session. Do they make replays available or do you have to watch only at the scheduled times?

    No replays but they will do these classes through June. Next week is intro then the following is advanced.. I am going to just go to all of them because its a great way to interact with the DEV’s and throw in any Q&A.

    It’s not “watch”. You’re dealing directly with Roland product specialists. I plan to attend a couple more.
