how to extract audio from a screen recording

i did a screen recording on my iphone, and i want to extract the audio and use it in my audio productions. how can i achieve this?

    You can use the free Apple Shortcuts app with the AudioFromVideo short cut.

    AudioShare will open videos and you can convert it to audio only.

    If you wanted to go the AudioShare route, you'd have to export the video to AudioShare to do the conversion. It will probably be easier to use SamFlash3's script though.
