Music for a Cyberpunk Movie? | AUM Live Mix session | haQ attaQ

I am getting to know my new studio space by making music. If I ever got to make music for a Cyberpunk movie ( or game ) then this is the type of music I'd most likely produce for such a project.

The Setup
Even though only five channels are visible, there are actually eight channels running in this AUM session. Five channels have Spacecraft loaded, all of them synced to tempo, making easier to program rhythmical sequences. The Lead synth however is generated by Shockwave synth (I'm using a patch from my haQ attaQ preset pack).

Altogether there are six instrument tracks and they all have various fx and processors loaded (full list of apps down below). The remaining two channels are send fx tracks where I'm using an instance of the EOS 2 Reverb to add some wetness to all instruments including the drums.

I am using two MIDI controllers for this setup. Both of the controllers are connected to my iPad Pro via the build-in USB on the AudioHUB 2x4. The AudioHUB is connected to my iPad with a Lightning to USB 3 adapter. The nanoKEY is being used just for playing the Shockwave synth. The nanoKONTROL is used as a mixer. I have mapped out volume, panning, Mute, Solo, Rec and the select for opening plugin windows, for all eight channels.

Used apps: AUM by Kymatica, Shockwave Synth by Kai Aras, SpaceCraft By Mark Watt, Pro-Q 3 by FabFilter, RoughRider 3 and EOS 2 by Audio Damage Inc, ddmf MagicDeathEye by Christian Siedschlag, Scatterbrain by Bram Bos, REAMP by Klevgränd Produkter

Hardware: iPad Pro 12.9” (2015) KORG nanoKEY and nanoKONTROL Studio, Novation AudioHUB 2x4 (discontinued)

Wow, that's terrific, Jakob. But I want more! That should be eat least six minutes long, when you figure that the end credits have to include all the special effects shops and the location shoots!
    More, please.

  I’m happy you liked it so much! I think I’ll make more like this because I really enjoy the live mixing process, especially for this type of music.
