Who will be the genius that builds an app that will load anything playing on your ios device into Audiobus, Apematrix, or AUM...I love to use IMPC (among many) that just don’t have the capability to route through and be effected by these hosts...if it’s already a thing then point me in the right direction...if u invent something and it works, take as much of my money as u like and i’ be happy to pay.

Apple still sees audio on your IOS devices as sources of protected media so an app that can do this would not get past the iTunes Review process. So, you really have to send the audio outside the device and loop it back to use it for recording/re-purposing.
Hopefully, we'll see the era of media as rented property decline over time. I never expected to see as much as we currently have with YouTube but you can see that the same forces are at work there making sure we can re-purpose sound for teaching and other legitimate uses.
So, someone will be by to collect your money any moment now and you still won't get this level of audio freedom with your apps.
Screen saving did open a little window towards a little more controls over your audio and screen choices.
Just take your money and get a second iDevice, and a good USB audio device to connect it to your existing iDevice.
Or splurge on an multi-channel USB audio device that lets you loopback in stereo (or better yet, internally if possible).
Moving audio between iPad and iPhone is a great way around the attempt to restrict our ability to reuse
audio sources in new contexts.
But a $100 on a good audio interface is also really helpful. They can also Loop Back MIDI if that's being
blocked in some way... not that I can thing of one, really. But Audio is definitely being controlled based upon old paradigms of copy right and licensing. They still call one from the "mechanical rights" based upon "Juke Box" plays along with the really obsolete "publishing rights" which centered on printed
instances of the "song/score".
