Way to create a Dry/Wet for apps that dont have it?

Aux sends are exactly for this.
What DAW do you use? You're basically going to split the output of a signal source and
send 1 copy through without any changes and send a duplicate copy (after the split) to
an FX unit. Then you can adjust the resulting volumes to get a mix of the 2 paths.
So, if you're serious about wanting to do this... suggest a DAW and someone will get even more
precise on the plumbing and UI choices you need to make.
AUM is my DAW of choice for just this type of simple plumbing on a single "mixer" screen.
