I can’t seem to find any legit sources but am interested to try it.

There’s quite a few US sources that are legit....

    Joe Rogan. ? 😂

Just looking out for folks who are into CBD. Delta 8 is a godsend for so many conditions and is for now, legal in the USA when derived from legal hemp

  • Oceans approved method. Ok so for me here we go....Cbd is... for light issues. Thc and combos for moderate. Kratom for any or all in different doses. Oh, but as an extract kratom shot. That solved all the problems with it and I guess its like be being addicted to coffee and is in the same family. Hails to kratom for pain and mental focus. Cheers from MN!

Yah there are companies here in Canada that sell it but it is all bathtub variety which I won’t do anymore. Nothing but Justin Trudeau isolate for me.

  • Shoots sorry I’ll ask on the discord if anybody knows any Canadian vendors. I’ll shoot u a pm when I hear

I barely have experience with CBD. I got a gummy pack one time, but accidentally got one with melatonin. So, all I can say is I definitely fall asleep and I seem to sleep better than with melatonin alone.

On Kratom, I took it daily for over a year back in 2010 before they took it off the US market temporarily. I never had a problem with the constipation mentioned above.

Oh wow, Kratom buzz without the bung could have made me a very poor man indeed heh.

I might get some again. In Oregon, USA there are pretty much signs for it everywhere. I drove for a trip to the coast very recently and saw an interesting Flea Market/Marijuana/Kratom shop combination.

I smoked maybe 30grams of CBD bud, swiss dream CBD strain. 2 different phenos. One was the most delicious bud i ever tasted, other one tasted ok, but not that great.

Mostly i smoked it with normal bud before bed, especially if i had to wake up early. Smoking it before bed made me feel like i slept 2 more hours than i actually did and waking up after like 3 hours of sleep wasnt much worse than waking up after 6 hours and not smoking it. Naturally brains need rest, but smoking it also in the morning(along with tiny tiny bit of normal weed), made it much more tolerable and didnt feel as much "out of it".

I hadnt heard of delta 8 THC before, but i googled a bit. I found someone saying this about it:

"Delta 8 gives a very clear-headed, engaged high, with zero anxiety or fogginess. I feel more “in tune” and less impaired than when I consume delta 9. My vision and other senses almost feel heightened, or more crisp. Really phenomenal for hiking and biking."

This is exactly, how i would describe mixing CBD bud with normal bud(and not putting too much of it), especially with some sativa dominant.

This delta 8 thc being derived from hemp, that naturally has tons of CBD in it also, makes me wonder if its actually just CBD thats shaping the effect to what this guy is describing?

What CBD really does in combination with THC is that it takes off the psychoactive effect, clears the stonedness, but still keeps that nice high feeling without fogginess. It also removes anxiety etc. CBD is antipsychotic, THC has "psychotic" effects mostly. So it counteracts much of the effects of THC, but not that general happy feeling and naturally medicinal properties on body start to come more when combining THC and CBD than either one alone.

If you ever ate too much edibles or just in general feel too anxious when high, or if you have some panic attacks under psychedelics or feel they are coming on too strong. Smoke some CBD and it will ease the psychedelic effects and anxiety.

Combining lots of THC with even more CBD can feel kinda like small dose of shrooms, gives similar clarity, peace of mind, almost as strong hyper focus and similarly, but not as strongly increases general awareness etc. I think its that CBD will keep the psychedelic effects off to a certain point and also keep the head clear for longer. So if you take enough THC also, first you can take more of it in combination with CBD, and when you do with proper ratio and doses, the head clarity will remain, but the psychedelic effects start to come on more. But this is just my experience, it might vary from person to person, and also the strains matter i suppose. I experimented most with chemdog + cbd bud.

Two days in and I’m feeling fantastic. Clear headed, anxiety hasn’t been a factor (note that I’m still on 20mg of Lexapro daily) & I’ve have been more productive. Talking like a mofo but my family has noticed a positive change in me. I’m consistently positive, however, PTSD will shut me down altogether from time to time.

Still a long way to go but this is helping along the ride.

That’s great, glad it’s helping you.

  • Cheers to all who found some herbal relief. I think we are a semi smart bunch of humanoids (?_) and lil opinions here make more of a difference than like a random google search to me. FYI: the kratom can get you off any opiates seemingly. I mean lessen the withdrawals and even like quitting oxytocin's or whatever. At least you won't die taking kratom if you need to take something!

  • I just wanted to mention that you really cant overdo CBD OR delta or herb. Although Stay as natural as possible. Research the vape and very glad you found something to help! Stay Herbal

  • Since I feel like your my virtual friends I will share more. I use kratom when I am prescribed opiates and use herbs. There are some ways to make life not suck, cheers to that.

  • I have been using CBD oil to treat my severe depression and anxiety for almost 2 years. It doesn't get me high and I don't get the munchies as well, which I really, really love. It helps me relax and calm my mind, especially when I'm panicking due to anxiety.

I love it. It’s like weed lite, without the long comedown and paranoia. Very chil

  • Id blaze buds with a mighty vape but at mo just use an e-vape now and again. A bottle lasts 6 months and I get the rep phoning or emailing for me to buy more. Just need to quit smoking. That costs about £150 per month. £150 could be an oz.

  • Update

I received my medicinal license and said thank you and good buy to hemp flower. Felt like a kid in a candy store. Also, should be completely legal in New Mexico by next year!

Pretty cool right... dang your lucky. Who knows when my state goes full legalize? At least there’s medicinal services.

I’ve taken CBD tincture many times, and the type I purchased seemed to alleviate some anxiety, and pain.

Just make it legal in the states already on a fed level, it should have never even been illegal in the first place, if it wasn’t for scare tactics, propaganda and xenophobia it would be a different landscape.

It is funny how now that it is legal here the paranoia side effects have gone waaaay down. Go figure!

  • I’ve taken kratom for years, its very good for me for anxiety, and mood, not so much for pain on my end, i have tried almost every strain available. I like a mixture of reds with a little green vein to get the results I’m looking for.
I’ll warn you that you shouldn’t take it everyday, as it can be addictive, and have pretty harsh withdrawals, especially if you take it multiple times a day for an extended amount of time.
The withdrawal is not fun, and You’llwant to taper off not just quit cold turkey.
The benefits are well worth using kratom tho, but i do like to give the warning! If you are in the states message me on ig if you are looking for excellent sources of organic/tested kratom

For sure. When I say paranoia, to be more specific though I mean, racing thoughts. Now racing thoughts can race in any direction, positive or negative. So for those who appreciate the “inspiration” from delta 9 and don’t have a problem, it may not be their thing

Ahh I see. One thing I have found is I don’t get racing thoughts at all from THC edibles/oils but do from smoke or vape.

  • Realised I had left out the main paragraph when I copied from my note pad
I am in the early stages of spondylitis
My father had it, didn’t really notice it for a few years, then realised he was constantly using his hand under his chin to hold his head up
Looking back I really wish I had paid more attention, and realised that he was in pain and putting on a brave face, not wanting people to fuss about him
I have neck pain , and constantly feel like I have someone sitting on my shoulders
Osteopath helps for periods of time , but this is an exspensive route and will not be the answer long term , as I sadly feel this will happen to me long term
So I was asking for an option of pain relief, but in a form that I can smoke
And I don’t know much about these options
I get tested at work a few times a year and wouldn’t want to risk my job, but these cbds you mention sound like a valid option and would love to have some options for a less painful experience when head bent over for making music on the iPad
Thanks if you managed to read this

30+ years of it here. When diagnosed, I was in terrible back pain. A Chiropractor told me they couldn't help because my spine was fused. The key for me was knocking down the inflammation medication and finally getting the muscles to relax through massage.

Once I got past that, constant focus on straightening up and stretching out my spine in all directions has made it manageable and has allowed me to actually maintain good posture. I need to lay down on my back on the floor with my head on the floor and my lower back up in the air. Then I slowly work my butt down to the floor while not allowing my head to rise if possible. Lots of cracks 'n pops later, my whole spine is on the floor and usually the pain is headed off. It's a constant process of fighting my body's urge to hunch forward. Stretching in other directions and especially stretching my neck in all directions is critical as well. It's easy for everything to seize up if I don't keep after it.

At night I use CBD cream on my neck and shoulders when I start to have discomfort. It's made a big difference.

I can happily say that except for the usually mild neck discomfort my back remains pain free, my posture is better than a lot of people, and oddly, thanks to the spine being mostly fused, it's pretty damn hard to do anything to strain my back now. :D

(BTW, with Ankylosing Spondylitis, bizarrely you also need to keep a close watch for any signs of inflammation in your eyes. It can quickly get out of hand if not treated. Not knowing this, I almost severely damaged my sight, thinking I just had an infection or something and not seeing a doctor until it became too painful. I had to have my eyes fully dilated for two full months. I was fortunate to not have gone blind.)

Micro dose resin. Take your time, Drug test has to be over blood level, not just a swipe etc. Magic mushrooms, not tested, micro dose again. Say 3 maybe have ten and see how it goes. We used to play a rehearsal straight then stoned, invariably straight sounded better. The gigs, always well gone, the audience seemed to enjoy it, we did too, but it would of been probably better had we played straight. I only smoke pot not weed unless grown naturally in a greenhouse, nice cbd balance. Hope that helps.

  • @Gdub Kratom or salvia divinorum. Both would probably have to be specifically tested for from what I've read. If you can get a salvia plant, they're very easy to grow. Chew it tho. Can't do much if smoked. Kratom can be order from natural dye in Holland in small amounts without criminal concerns. It's much better for pain relief than pharma drugs, for me anyways, because it doesn't last into the next day. I've got really bad spinal issues too. Broke my back when I was in my early 20's. I've had a lot of complications with it. You got to do strengthening exercises or it will be progressive, yeah.
