sorry for the offtopic, please clarify, do synthmaster player and synthmaster one have different sound engines? And, accordingly, the banks of presets for these applications are different?
Yes to both. Synthmaster is more of an “all around” synth with a bunch of different architectures, and synthmaster one is wavetable based. But when I said “all around” I didn’t mean soundwise, they both sound great. Just that synthmaster one is primarily focused on one type of synthesis where synthmaster has different ways it makes sound.

Any reason to get Synthmaster one if I have SM 2? Just got an email alert telling me it's down to £3.50, which seems pretty good,...but no point in spending that money if Synthmaster 2 has evreything that SM1 did...
It is one of the few apps\synths that fits in AUM’s Fox slot.. iBassist driving SM1..
Your covered with SM2. SMOne though has a different synth engine aka some other presets and IAPs, but IMHO both synths have the same sound character. I use both.

Hate to be that guy but is there any benefit to SM1 if I just bought SM2 (aside from different presets or something)? Mostly like making my own sounds, importing wavetables etc..
