my jamup xt app is not saving preset names ....all the factory names are in every bank and wont change...please help

Same here. All my presets are gone. And I can only select from bank one. Worked fine before the newest update.

Just got this email from Positive grid:
Yes, we are aware the problem and have already submitted the fix to App Store.
Your presets are still there, but just the names are wrong (covered by the factory preset names)
