The manual has different naming of oscillator and other features it seems.
I guess cause the app has been updated?
What an incredible semi modular synth this is!
Can anyone explain what oscillators A,B,C,D are please?

It has been updated... and now some of my old projects sound a wee bit different. That old chestnut. Export audio early kids!
Osc A B C and D are the controls assigned to each oscillator, and they change depending on the oscillator type selected. In the screenshot you posted you can see the labels A, B, and C on the knobs in each oscillator section.
In the Matrix you can modulate these parameters, so for example you can modulate Oscillator 1 wave shape (OSc 1 A) with an LFO, or the pulse width (Osc 1 B ) with an envelope.

This is an insanely good app....
It is insanely good, but like most Sugar Bytes apps, their unique approach (which is also the basis of them being insanely good) takes a bit of getting used to.
Worth checking out the excellent video tutorials by Tom Cosm, and the manual is excellent too and helped me unlock the full potential of this app.
did anyone else recently lose all their own saved presets? I think the recent update must have done it
factory presets remain, all others gone (even though they are still in the iCloud folder...with the Egoist icon though...)

Factory is a flying wormhole. Love it, and the mod matrix is my favorite along with Ivc3s. I think I spelled that wrong, but the synthi with matrix and joystick. Factory has some really over the top matrix morhping and all that. Hails
