Looks like EXT. From their site:
“ EXT3 is a complex step sequencer modulator and powerful envelopes generator. It’s designed to modulate anything you want in Ableton Live: any parameter in other devices, in Live’s UI, and in any third party plug-in. EXT is very easy to use: just click the “select” toggle, then click the parameter in your Ableton Live set to apply the modulation.”
Replace Ableton Live with AUv3. Juicy.
