DrumPerfect Pro - Triggering via MIDI
I’m experimenting with using external drum pads to trigger DrumPerfect Pro via MIDI. So far, it’s going well, with each drum pad triggering an instrument or insruments depending on what MIDI note I set up the istruments to trigger on. They trigger different samples based on velocity and use round robin playback for variety. What I haven’t managed to do is find a way to alternate between left and right handed strokes. Everything is limited to the left handed stroke. Is there a feature I’m missing that allows one MIDI note to trigger either left OR right handed stroke samples? Ideally I’d like a choice of alternation patterns that I could set up beforehand, such as RLRLRL, RRLLRRLL, RLRRLRLL, RLRRLR, their mirror images and a random mode. If there is currently no way to do this then I’ll request it as a feature. @Marinus @Gilbert
