Can you help me step by step using the Separate Voice Arp in Drambo?

Hi! I like Drambo, but sometimes, I’m lost. I don’t think it’s because Drambo is complicated but I think it’s because I’m a noob with modulars.

I have just downloaded a new patch for Drambo called Separate Voice Arp. It looks awesome, but I don’t have success using it. Can someone explain me step by step like a child how to use it? I just want the minimal setup to make it work. What others modules do I need? Do I have to connect them? Can I use this patch with let say Animoog?

Thank you!

  • Can I use this patch on AUM? With any synth? How do I set up this on AUM? Thanks

  • This is what I am trying to do but I’m not sure I’m on the right path.

    Ben provided a video fwiw:

  • Hi @Montreal_Music, to drive another app, just follow this order:
    1. add the Separate Voices Arp rack in Drambo
    2. Add a Midi output module after the rack
3.In the MIDI output module you’ll see - - ... tap and select MIDI out
    4. In the AUM midi routing bay, tap in to where Drambo on the X axis/top would go into Primer in the Y axis/right.
    5. Play in Drambo...it should sound then.

If you just wanted to play in Drambo; the MIDI rack needs to go before the Midi to CV module. Then add an instrument.

  • This video walks through how to send midi out of Drambo at 1:12...the only thing that has changed is that the midi modules are all under the midi category now. Just place the midi output module after the midi rack from patchstorage and set your destination.

This is perfect! 5 stars answer! Thank you so much!
