When I play guitar with my iPad and I dont want to use my headphone, what are the best speaker I can buy? My budget is between 200 and 400.

Some cheap M-Audio type monitors will do the job. I use H8's myself.

For that amount you could just get a pretty decent acoustic guitar amp.

These entry level Adam monitors are astounding for the price. They aren’t too far off from from the sound quality of their much more expensive A7x range. $500 new, or $400 or less second hand on reverb/ebay ..
