  • 'After-bed' time as in breakfast maybe. They're between 8-11 hours ahead of UK.

I wanna know how everyday before the Joel/ Fallon duet somebody was buying a quarter of a Loopy app. How did they manage that? :)

No @supadom it's 10 mins past lunchtime on the east coast

Wow man, this world truly is big... Even before attempting to define it. It is certainly past bed time over here. Goodnight

Perhaps no one cares, but for those (like me) who are unfamiliar with the singers...

  • @michael damn dude... that was awesome! You'll have your mortgage paid off within the week :)

  • Wow 10000 per day is a big number for a music app. Most likely people might have a clue on what to do with it and are going to leave some bad reviews...
I didn't anticipate iOS music app market to be this big for 10k spikes per day for 1-2 weeks !

Michael can now buy that house in the woods , eh? :-)

  • Wow...Jimmy Barnes' kid! Jimmy would have broken the ipad with his voice! :)

  • Flappy loop just hit the App Store...

@michael congrats; always love it when those that deserve it achieve a measure of success

@mgmg4871 to your point, I hope this increases the attention paid by Apple in solidifying and further developing native iOS support for making music.

  • Now I want to see Michael on Fallon's show.

  • Congrats from the other side of de world michael
    :-)

  • I wonder how Imogen Heap's sales are in Australia right now.

I was nervous when the singers started using it. They stumbled for half a second and I imagined Michael doing UAT on live national TV.

  • I haven't yet posted in this thread, so I want to do it now. I'm really happy for you @Michael! The publicity is great for all of us too! The recognition and acceptance of the iPad on a professional level will only continue to improve company acceptance--which means more and better development for the platform. Congratulations!!! :-)

  • Thank you, everyone!!

@syrupcore - You don't know the half of it. I actually got called into the studio early, about 5, 5:30am, because nothing was set up and the poor engineers were standing over their iPad a bit baffled as to what to do next. We ended up using the NI Komplete Audio 6 I had in my bag to connect to the studio cos they didn't have anything! And they were sorting out a 50hz buzz right up to about 2 mins before the segment, warning everyone to not touch it just in case it was a funny connection; then the presenter, Lisa, picks it up and hands it to me live. Argh!

  • A story to tell the grandchildren one day!
