Is there such an app?
Hi guys,
Is there an FX app that can chop or slice in real time an audio signal in complex rythmic patterns? Something between rythmbud ( only midi) and scatterbrain ( with more steps and more rythmic possibilities).
And that would be multitrack so you can create complex polyrhytmic "lanes".
And AUV3.
Do you know of any?

This doesn’t properly fit your description but you might like Mute Master MM1

There are many ways to do this.
A simple approach is to use your DAW automation or Imaginando or ATOM inside AUM and use the note data to control channel gain.
If you need more advanced rhythmic modulation with user-defined shapes, I would recommend Drambo's Graphic Modulator module, followed by an amp (what you've asked for) or different filters etc.
Looperator? not multitrack though.
@brambos ' Perforator

Or K-Devices WOV

I'm not sure what you mean by multitrack, in Audiobus or AUM create as many lanes/tracks as you like.
Not multitrack, but I use Turnado to do so.
Thanks guys por all your suggestions!
You re right Jocphone it doesn t have to be multitrack.
I forget about Perfator and MM1 I ll give them a try.
Ideally something like rythmbud where you can actually fragment your signal into complex ( and not random) rythmic paterns without having to use level automation or sampling. Something straightforward that you ll put in your FX slot. You would draw your rythmic patern ( like in rythmbud) and it would fragment that way your audio signal.
