Fed up being automatically signed out of account
Hi,
If I pad sleeps often get signed out of forum...it’s somewhat erratic though....
Settings on I pad?
I ticked....’stay signed in’ in my audiobus account...

That usually happens when the forum software is updated or the host/server where the forum is hosted is updated...
...cloud services usually run on multiple hardware boxes so this is to be expected from time to time...
Also some services have a max setting for concurrent sessions per user so if one never logs out that limit might be exceeded at some point...

It’s somewhat erratic....
I know, for me it's mostly annoying when I'm writing a reply and then when I tap the 'Post Comment' button I'm just prompted to log-in and when I do that I loose the reply (it's not there when I hit the back arrow in the browser) now that makes me slightly annoyed... (To that extent that I almost always do a 'select all'(Control/Cmmand+A and 'copy'(Control/Command+V) before pushing the dreaded Post Comment button but on the iPad and iPhone it's a pita when not using an external keyboard).
Strange, this auto sign-out almost never happened to me on my iPad... I don't even remember. I use chrome browser not Safari.
However on my android phone and on my laptop it happens time to time.
For me I suspect it's the concurrent sessions/connections from the same IP...
I'm using my MacMini, iPad and iPhone to access the forum, sometimes with multiple tabs open on each devices.
(most 'web services' have settings for limiting simultaneous users and connections)
Then again a quick re log-in is no major hassles as the browsers remember the password...
