1st- I LOVE this app
2nd- I waited for this app for a year
3rd- I have yet to get this app to run on my iPad6 without crackles or some distortion 
Unfortunately, since I never got this to run clean, I never got to use it like I wanted.
Is it working for you? Are you using it live? How are you using it? Are you using your own sample loops in it or from the IAP store?
Any other comments or ideas?
Is there a setting for the app I am missing that may remedy the crackle?

I use it on the original iPad Pro (2016) without issue. I load it up with all of my own samples and haven’t pushed any real performance limits (That’s with all slots filled). The only thing missing from the app for Me is either threshold recording, or alternatively, a way to trim loops. Without either of these options it can be really difficult to get external hardware recorded into a proper loop. I still do it, but it’s a hassle.
I use it on an iPad Gen 6 with no crackling issues. What else are you using at the same time? This has been true in both iOS 12.3.1 and 13.6 running Jamm Pro standalone with no other apps with buffer 256. No problems running it through AUM with some synths and/or drum machines.
Maybe you could do a screen capture of a session to see what's going on.
After most recent update the app works great and smoother on my iPad 9.7 .
Similar here, much improved on iPad Pro 9.7 as of late...
