While I understand that a nice UI can make quite a difference, my personal choice would be the most flexible one based on an app that many of us might already own:

Strictly speaking, it's not in the category "Shimmer reverb app" though.
After listening to the entire video, I have only now come to the conclusion that I find the shimmer effect to be sort of cheesy and fatiguing. And this is after I purchased every one of these. Good video though, as always - thanks, Jakob!
