  • Thank you for surveying all these OverLoud Rig's. You're moving products for these folks and I hope they appreciate the videos and are reaching out to you with access to more of the Rigs. There are so many and we have limited budgets so hearing is believing.

I bought the Polyphase last night after digging into your "OverLoud Clean" video looking to see if you had demo'ed the Randall T2 Clean Amp. The Polyphase has that classic jazz tone and it inspired you to lay down a walking bass... it didn't even sound like you. Great demo's.

  • Enjoy!!
    Thanks a lot @McD !

Can you demo those Randall Amps please. I bought one of the LynchBox'es but @JoyceRoadStudios says the T2 is his favorite "clean" and it's not in your "clean" line up.
You might also showcase the Roland Amp with the digital chorus since that's an iconic sound for many.

I know you're hearts in the crunchy tubes but if you have the energy I'd appreciate it. Most of the crunches all start to sound the same to me. Too subtle in the shading... shades of grey.

  • Wow, Flo!

I really feel sorry for those who spent all their Apple Card credits on Fender amps this weekend only to discover today there are two more amps they absolutely must own. 😂

Granted you could plug into a toaster and make it sound incredible, but these two amps (especially the Metro) could deliver incredible tone bliss for decades.

Originally I was planning on just purchasing the all amps/pedals package, but after hearing a number of these Choptones collections the past few weeks, it appears my shopping list has now grown substantially...

Thanks for the deep dive into both of these amps, Flo. You totally got my day off to an inspiring start!

I hear that. ChopTones is a playa' and this Rig Player is for reals, bro'.
(Is that cultural appropriation from an old honky nerd?)

  • @flo26 really great stuff as always! Your playing and improvisation brings out the best in these amps. I’ve felt like the amp sims from previous years try too hard to “optimize” the sound and it comes off squashed, fizzy, digital. You have your own great way of optimizing your sound with the various plugins and fx in your chain, but wouldn’t you agree that the Rig amps are the most real sounding and therefore give you the best platform to improve upon? I’m also loving the Vox Rig and got the Bogner Ecstasy based on your demo, so great and versatile! I must recommend the Revv Rig also for its versatility, and the Orange rig is surprisingly good.
