Tempo change with pitch shift app for Audiobus?

Just wondering if there was any Audiobus-compatible app that had allowed me to change the tempo of my audio and the pitch at the same time. Thanks for any help

Do you mean just speed up the audio playback when the tempo changes? Or do you mean "tempo change" and "pitch shift" independently? I know you said at the same time, but just confirming whether you just want the audio to speed up or if you need additional control over the pitch.

  • Sampletoy.

Oh sorry, i meant speeding up the audio playback when the tempo changes, not independently controlling the pitch and speed!

  • That's what I thought, but I wanted to be sure. I don't know if you have AUM, but the sample player in there will do it, and AUM can be loaded in Audiobus.

Otherwise, maybe Sampletoy as recommended earlier. I had some problems loading it in Audiobus and it's portrait only, so not for me. But it is free.

Do you have AUM? If not then maybe there are some other recommendations that people might have.

  • Sampletoy! Wouldn't have thought of that... But several AUv3 options here too.

Me too. It took a few tries until it loaded fine but it's just too fun not to mention it.
It seems to work best when first launching Sampletoy, then Audiobus 3 and load it as an input device.
Other options, including a simple sequencer: TriqTraq and Koala.

What’s AUM, i don’t think I have that? Also, I should’ve made myself clear before, but I’m kinda looking for an app that I can put on the effects chain in AB. So sorry!
