I’ve watched a fair number (though not all) of your tutorials, and they’re all really thorough and well done. Thanks for doing this for all of us iOS users!

    @SoundForMore
I love you full screen tutorials. It’s great to follow. For example with miRack it’s possible to do it in splitt Screen. Is that possible with Drambo, too??
    Thx for your work, btw🙏🏽

  • Holy shit. This is thorough. Thank you sir.

  • Drambo is a programmable synth and sequencer BUT you can download projects and just run them without understanding more than what the controls might do.

@echoopera created and made available an AUM project that really shows the value of Drambo for creating ambient tracks:

    https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/40591/drambo-chance#latest

You can replace the target synths in AUM with any synth you have handy. This might encourage you to start the self-education to understand the sequencer or how to use
Drambo and NOT use external synths.

There are many ready to run synths and FX projects available to test out at:

    PatchStorage.com

The highlight for me was an FX designed by @rs2000 to emulate the infamous ProCo RAT pedal:

    https://patchstorage.com/the-rat-distortion/

Start with the volume at 50%... this one is intense. It out performs all those AUv3 distortion apps by a mile.

  • I’m wondering if anyone guide me towards the video that will help get me started with this project: creating a facsimile of Turnado, with Dictator. Yes, Dictator is a tall order but I’ll get there, with some guidance hopefully. Thanks.

  • I should mention I’ve created Processor Rack. Starting simple (-ish), I want to use the slider to roll through the modules in series, much like the Sequence Dictator preset in Turnado.

Drambo has two features that allow you to morph between any parameter values:

    • Scenes: You can have up to 16 different parameter snapshots stored on scene pads A to P and seamlessly morph between any two of them by choosing one on each side of the crossfader
    • To achieve the exact behavior as in Dictator, I would suggest to use Graphic Shaper modules for each parameter under control that all move from 0 to 1 by using the crossfader. The Y values in the Graphic Shapers would then set any arbitrary parameter curve you need.
  • Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks @rs2000
