How long do new members have to wait before they post?
A new forum member just told me they are unable to post. I think I remember it was like that initially. Is there a fixed time period or does a mod need to hand confirm new members' ability to post or how does it work？thnx

Took about 24 hours for me to be approved...

Lol. I think most people read and learn before they start chiming in which is totally understandable. Once you’re signed up it shouldn’t be long.
I actually didn't have an account for about a year or more, because I didn't want any more accounts and passwords etc. In the end I gave in and joined instead of just reading, but joined using my twitter ID.
I hear ya, Enough with the signing up for everything right.... but this is one I’m happy to have.
